Story

HISTORY AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Hawkhurst was originally formed in 1980 in an agreement by the residents of Hawkhurst Road in Twydall, Gillingham, to encourage sports among the younger generation. In 1985, their skills were showing and they became a professional side and by 2000 had managed to get themselves into the Nationwide Conference! Last season they were promoted to the Championship and are now aiming higher, but are the underdogs with teams like Leeds and Leicester being favoured most highly!
